The 5540 Lamar project was very detailed on the interior finish out for our scope of work which included:

  • Tongue and groove cedar soffit and wall paneling
  • Lap and gap cedar wall paneling and soffit
  • Custom Douglas-fir window frames
  • Custom Douglas-fir door frames
  • Installation of doors and hardware

LANTANA PLACE

For the Lantana Place project our scope of work included a wide array of the services that we offer from rough carpentry to finish carpentry products which include:

  • Roof Blocking
  • Architectural lpe wood panels
  • Outdoor Chalkboard
  • Tongue and groove cedar soffit
  • Wood awning made out of cedar timbers with tongue and groove cedar deck

AUSTIN ACHIEVE

We were awarded the Austin Achieve project because of our detailed shop drawings and preparation in the bid process due to the highly demanding scope of work on the exterior of the building.  Our scope of work included:

  • Roof Blocking
  • Interior Blocking
  • Installation of doors and hardware
  • Installation of "z" bar
  • Installation of drip edge
  • Installation of 2x4 aluminum beside the window jambs
  • Installation of insulation behind the Hardie products
  • Installation of Tamlyn trim

Georgetown Public Safety Operations and Training Center

Through our knowledge of carpentry and years of experience we were able to think outside the box to develop a solution for our scope of work to meet the high demands of the job.  The scope of our work included:

  • Installation of 3/4" plywood behind HardiePlank Lap Siding and HardieSoffit Panels
  • Installation of HardiePlank Lap Siding
  • Installation of HardieSoffit Panels
  • Design and development of our patented modular panel system used in the tactical training facility

UMHB - LORD HALL

The UMHB Lord Hall project was unique because our scope of work allowed us to showcase our many skills in the installation of James Hardie products and custom fabrication and installation of wood curbs.  Our scope of work included:

  • Installation of HardiePanel vertical siding
  • Installation of HardieTrim boards
  • Design and development of a custom wood roof curb for the cupola
  • Installation of the cupola
